Raccolta

Il primo step è la raccolta degli scarti di poliuretano espanso utilizzati dalla Euro Poliuretani S.r.l.

Tritatura

Dopo la raccolta, gli scarti vengono triturati in piccole scaglie tramite processi meccanici, ottenendo così una materia prima uniforme per le fasi successive.

Pulitura

Dopo la triturazione, il materiale viene ripulito da eventuali polveri naturalmente prodotte durante fasi di lavorazione precedenti.

Miscelazione e pressatura

Il poliuretano triturato e pulito viene miscelato con soluzioni compattanti e pressato fino ad ottenere dei blocchi di varie densità e portanze, pronti per successive fasi di lavorazione.

Trasformazione in nuovi prodotti

Il poliuretano riciclato viene modellato e tagliato per soddisfare le esigenze di diversi settori, come automotive, edilizia, etc.

Controllo qualità

Il prodotto finito viene sottoposto a rigorosi controlli di qualità per assicurare comfort, sicurezza e resistenza.

Our Production Process

The production process at Euro Poliuretani S.r.l. consists of several stages that enable the creation of high-quality fillings for the upholstered furniture industry.

These stages ensure an efficient production workflow, delivering polyurethane fillings that meet our customers’ requirements for comfort, durability and performance.

Material Storage

Euro Poliuretani S.r.l. receives polyurethane sheets which are stored in the warehouse under suitable conditions to prevent damage or deformation. Sheets are produced in a range of densities and thicknesses to meet specific production requirements and are carefully inspected to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Sheet cutting

Once the polyurethane sheets have been inspected and approved, they are moved to the cutting stage. This process is carried out using specialized machinery that allows us to achieve the required shapes and dimensions for the fillings.
Based on specific requirements, materials can be cut into blocks, strips or custom shapes designed to meet the needs of sofa, mattress and upholstery production.

Finishing and shaping

After the initial cutting stage, the sheets undergo further processing to refine edges and achieve smoother, more uniform surfaces. In some cases, additional treatments are carried out using specialized machinery to create specific shapes suited to different types of fillings.
The fillings are then covered with polyester fibers or natural down, ensuring they meet the required quality standards in terms of comfort, performance and durability.

Delivery

Finally, once the fillings are ready and have passed all quality checks, they are carefully packaged and prepared for shipping. The materials are placed in protective packaging to prevent any damage during transport and then dispatched to customers.
The entire logistics process is managed with great care to ensure accuracy, reliability and timely delivery at every stage.
